CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY

Please be patient about your delivery.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcel 2 go and you may experience delays.

We are doing our best to post your purchase and expect 3/5 working days to receive your item.

In order to carry out safe deliveries Royal Mail and couriers are minimizing contact. If your parcel cannot fit through the letterbox, the courier/postman will place your item at the front door. Having knocked, they will then step back to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. They will not request that you provide a signature.

Please be aware that due to the current situation international mail in the majority of countries is either delayed or suspended. Please consult us if you want to buy an item and you are outside the UK.

We take the utmost care when preparing your parcel. We wear latex gloves and mask so that you are protected.

 

IN STOCK, BACK ORDER AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

In stock means your item is physically in our storage in London and you will receive it very shortly.

Back order means your item will be sent over from Italy and it will be delivered in approximately 2 weeks for garments and 8 weeks for handbags.

Made to order means we will place an order for you with our artisan in Italy. Your item will be made and delivered to you in approximately 3 weeks time.

OUR RETURN POLICY – GENERAL

We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

When you buy online, you have the right to return our goods within 14 days from the day after your delivery. Please contact us before you make any returns.

Products are returnable at customer’s expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery method.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Provided the goods have never been used, are free from any damage and have all tags attached, you are eligible to be refunded in full within 10 working days.

If the item returned comes back damaged due to insufficient packaging and parceling, we have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund.

 

RETURN POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASE

You have the right to return our goods within 14 days from the day after you received your item.

In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

 

RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If you return a faulty good within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free repair of the item.

 

RETURN OF GOODS NOT BOUGHT ONLINE, IN PERFECT CONDITIONS AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If you return an item not bought online that is new, unused and in perfect conditions within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a credit note for the value of the same.
